A mingling evening in the Sahale dining room and deck featuring local wineries and Cattle Ranchers. Learn all about what it takes to raise cattle and make wine at this educational and social event. Country Natural Beef is a cooperative of family ranchers, and they will discuss their practices and philosophy when growing beef.  Expect varied, interesting preparations of food and a variety of grades to compare. All the dishes will be paired with red wines. This event will cost $42 when purchasing online in advance or $45 at the door. You can also purchase it with a summer lift ticket for $52 in advance or $55 at the door.
