Introduction to Freestyle Clinic - April 15, 2023

Come explore Meadows’ freestyle terrain with our Meadows Freeride Team coaching staff. This is an intro clinic to freestyle skiing/riding. No park experience required, but you need to be an advanced skier or snowboarder. We’ll cover all of the basics including Park SMART, terrain park etiquette, ATML, pop, and many more skills that not only apply to freestyle but will also improve your all mountain skiing and riding! 

Experience Required: This one-day clinic is designed for advanced skiers or snowboarders seeking to grow their freestyle skills, both inside and out of the park. Skiers and riders should be comfortable skiing/riding most groomed black terrain at Meadows (Showoff, Apollo, 2 Bowl). No prior freestyle experience required.

Clinic Schedule:

8:45 AM – Meet and greet: Clinics meet just off the South Side Deck toward the bottom of Ballroom Carpet. Look for the “Clinics Meet Here” sign

8:55 AM – Head to Lesson Priority Lane with the group for first chair

9 to 11:30 AM – Morning coaching session

11:30 AM to 12:30 PM – Lunch

12:30 to 3 PM – Afternoon coaching session

3 PM – End of day debrief and wrap-up with coaches
