A wintry weather pattern is dropping fresh snow on Mt. Hood Meadows - a powdery prelude to the Spring skiing season to come. Meadows received a foot of fresh on Monday, 20 inches in three days, and is forecast to receive a half a foot or more this week.

The last three nights of operations will be this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 12-14, when lifts will operate from 9 AM-9 PM. But the season will continue with daily operations through April 18, with lifts scheduled from 9 AM-4 PM, and then a couple of more weekends to get us to our scheduled closing day of May 1.

The Oregon Cancer Ski Out and Ski to Defeat ALS are two amazing fundraisers, and we are happy to be a part of them again this season. With the COVID-19 virus still affecting daily life, these two events will be quite different this season, but regardless of how they happen, we are grateful that they will happen!
