Meadows is becoming Powder central this week - with four quality powder days since Friday, and more in store this week. The storm started teasing powder hounds Friday afternoon, accumulating five inches of fine light powder. Saturday brought another nine inches and for some delightful upper mountain and Heather Canyon powder turns. It’s not usual to have Vista and Cascade running when storms are delivering powder.
Sunday afternoon the storm turned serious dropping two feet of snow in just 24 hours, setting up a couple of awesome deep powder days Monday and Tuesday. The forecast says snow every day through President’s holiday - with over a foot possible through Wednesday.
